RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY 

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, The Clarity Collection maintains a strict returns and exchanges policy. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

Final Sale Policy:

All hair extension products sold by The Clarity Collection are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than a verified product defect or fulfillment error. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Eligibility for Review (Defective or Incorrect Items Only):

A return or replacement may be considered only if the customer receives an item that is defective upon arrival or if the incorrect item was shipped. To be eligible for review, the customer must contact The Clarity Collection within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Product Condition Requirements:

To qualify for review, the product must remain unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, bundle wrap, and hang tags fully intact and attached exactly as received. Products that have been unraveled, washed, combed, installed, altered, or chemically processed are not eligible for review. Due to hygiene regulations, used or altered human hair products cannot be accepted.

Inspection & Resolution:

All approved claims are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the claim is approved, The Clarity Collection will, at its discretion, issue a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Damage:

If a product arrives visibly damaged during shipment, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or store credit once reviewed.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or review:

• Products removed from original packaging or with tags removed

• Products that have been installed, altered, or chemically processed

• Color-processed, bleached, or custom-colored hair

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but reported missing

Address & Delivery Issues:

The Clarity Collection is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. All delivery-related issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier, in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Fraud Prevention:

To protect against fraudulent activity, The Clarity Collection reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or request additional verification before fulfillment. Orders deemed suspicious may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.

Policy Updates:

The Clarity Collection reserves the right to update or modify its policies at any time. Customers are encouraged to review policies prior to placing an order.

By completing checkout, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to this Returns & Exchanges Policy, along with our Store Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
