SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At The Clarity Collection, all orders are fulfilled with care and verification. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time includes order verification, preparation, and packaging prior to shipment. During periods of high order volume, processing times may approach the full stated window.

Shipping & Transit Time: Once processing is complete, orders are shipped via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping transit time typically ranges from 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Processing time and shipping time are separate and should not be combined.

Tracking & Fulfillment: A tracking number is automatically emailed once an order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. An order is considered fulfilled once it has been handed over to the carrier and tracking confirms shipment.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility: When a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, delivery is considered complete. The Clarity Collection is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are deemed properly delivered.

Lost or Missing Packages: The Clarity Collection does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Any delivery disputes must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.

Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All sales are final once an order has shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

By completing checkout, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to this Shipping & Delivery Policy. This policy is strictly enforced.
