When completing a CLARITY COLLECTION order online the customer is

ACKNOWLEDGING that:

Hair Extension products

(Bundles) are sold separately.

Hair Extensions are “Double-Weft"

Hair Extension Bundles are 90-100 Grams, in weight and due to hair texture variety some bundles may appear "fuller"

Hair Extension "Bundle" products may slightly differ in "hair color" due to the range of hair donors and the product being free from chemical processing prior to purchase.

All products can be color processed to achieve desired hair color.

(Consulting a Licensed Hair Professional is STRONGLY recommended)

Due to the nature of the product type,

Hair Extension (Bundles) may have a "slight scent" (that is resolved by washing the products) as recommended by THE CLARITY COLLECTION before installation.

THE CLARITY COLLECTION is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage to Product(s) due to usage.

PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED, The customer agrees that THE CLARITY COLLECTION is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit to the provided shipping address (once accepted and received by mail courier, USPS or UPS). The customer acknowledges the offered Parcel Insurance provided on the website at the time of order placement. The customer accepts the risk of a "lost, missing or stolen” order parcel by mail courier transit if the customer declines the additional insurance.

The customer agrees to purchase NAVIDIUM shipping protection to apply insurance to their order parcel. If not, the customer agrees to the delivery risk associated with declining from adding the service to their order. Suppose an order parcel is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. In that case, the customer agrees they will file a claim directly with the shipping carrier USPS to resolve the matter or receive compensation. THE CLARITY COLLECTION will not be held responsible, and the customer agrees that a "chargeback" claim mentioning "THE CLARITY COLLECTION " will not be filed in cases where an order parcel(s) are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during shipment to the customer's shipping address. The customer acknowledges that a product(s) are ineligible for any return or product exchange once the product is removed from its original packaging. The customer will not file a "chargeback" when THE CLARITY COLLECTION does not accept a "return and exchange request.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM OUR FACILITY, THE CLARITY COLLECTION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

DELIVERY DELAYS, LOST PARCELS, STOLEN PARCELS, OR MISSED DELIVERIES.

All THE CLARITY COLLECTION orders are delivered by USPS. The buyer is responsible for providing an address the selected carrier can recognize as a deliverable address. Failure to provide a complete adequate Shipping Address may result in a Processing Delay, Return to Sender, or Delivery to an incorrect Address. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipment once a package departs our facility. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (Address provided is incorrect, Issues within the shipping company (USPS), Transit Delays, etc.) we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping delays. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for errors that the shipping carrier (USPS or International Carrier) makes, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as Weather Mail Carrier Staff Shortages, Natural Disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. Once the package is received if a Return is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information.
