STORE POLICY – THE CLARITY COLLECTION

By placing an order with The Clarity Collection, the customer agrees to the policies outlined below. These policies are strictly enforced to ensure clarity, fairness, and protection for both the customer and the business.

Product Information & Natural Variations: Hair extension bundles are sold individually and are double-wefted. Bundle weight is approximately 90–100 grams per bundle. Because our hair is sourced from natural donors and is not chemically processed prior to purchase, slight variations in texture, wave pattern, and color tone may occur. Lighting, photography, and screen settings may affect how product color appears online.

Professional Use & Care Disclaimer: Professional installation and maintenance by a licensed hair professional are strongly recommended. The Clarity Collection is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, chemical processing (including coloring or bleaching), improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Customers who choose to chemically process the hair do so at their own discretion.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed, and address changes cannot be made after checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are deemed properly delivered.

Final Sale / Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of hair extension products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Products are not eligible for return or exchange once removed from original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing & Shipping: Our full shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Orders are processed within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After shipment, carrier transit time typically ranges from 3–7 business days. Processing time and shipping time are separate and should not be combined.

Delivery Confirmation: Tracking information is provided once an order ships. When a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, delivery is considered complete. The Clarity Collection is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier has confirmed delivery. Any delivery disputes must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.

Carrier Delays & External Factors: The Clarity Collection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, or peak shipping periods.

Fraud & Disputes: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel suspicious orders, or require additional verification to protect against fraud. In the event of a payment dispute for an order that was properly processed and shipped with tracking, documentation may be provided to the payment processor or financial institution as required.
